NEW ORLEANS NATIVES REUNITE FOR 'UNSHAKEABLE' GOSPEL PROJECT

On August 29, 2005 four lives changed forever when they had to leave their hometown of New Orleans to escape the devastation of hurricane Katrina.

The close-knit group of friends went separate ways relocating to Atlanta, North Carolina and Houston. After three years they united again as Blessed and have released on Ultimate Records their newest project, "Unshakable."

They are known for their first single, "Your Mercy," which is still in radio rotation three years later.

Their new album, "Unshakable," is produced by Grammy and Stellar Award winning producer Kevin Bond through his Bonded Music production company.  The four ladies have also launched True U Ministries, a ministry that focuses on teen girls struggling with low self-esteem.

R&R Most Added This Week!

New Orleans, LA- November, 25, 2008 - New Orleans gospel quartet, "Blessed" land the number one spot for 'most added this week' on the R&R gospel charts as they prepare to release their fourth CD Unshakeable, on Ultimate Records, January 20, 2009.
The first single, "Gotta Take My Time," sets the tone for the highly-anticipated project orchestrated by Grammy® award-winning producer Kevin Bond.
The project is filled with favorites giving it a well- rounded balance of entertainment, ministry and encouragement displaying the group's trademark harmony and signature ballads topped off with contemporary and upbeat urban hits.
In addition to their upcoming release, the ladies have launched "True U Ministries," a ministry focusing on teen girls struggling with self-esteem where they will partner with various foundations and conduct seminars and workshops around the world.

A classic that will stand the test of time, look for the energy and passion of Unshakeable, which will say it all on January 20.
